What's in your mental health toolkit? 🧰🧠✨
Whenever I find myself feeling down, overthinking things, or when I just want to give my mental a bit of exercise, I break out one of my many “tools” — creativity, aromatherapy, journaling, nature, etc.
Engaging in these and other practices has the ability to shift your mood in a positive way, quiet the mental chatter, help you process what you're feeling, and give your mind a much-needed reset.
The beautiful thing is, there isn't a one-size-fits-all toolkit. What works for one person may not work for another — and that's okay. The goal is to find the things that help you feel a little lighter, calmer, more grounded, or simply more like yourself.
